| The Three A's Contest Group (Roger G3SXW, Nigel G3TXF and Ian G3WVG) entered the CQWW CW Contest from the Channel Islands for six consecutive years from 1981 to 1986.

In 1987 the Three A's Contest Group travelled to Luxembourg for CQWW CW, operating as G0AAA/LX from a camp-site. G0AAA/LX was the last CQWW CW Contest done as group of three.
Roger G3SXW then started out on an annual pilgrimage to different overseas countries and to ever more exotic locations [e.g 4U1, CN, ZC4, TY, 9G, XT, 5U, TZ etc] for the CQWW CW Contest.
