Ian G3WVG (3B8VV) and Nigel G3TXF (3B8XF) operated on CW from Mauritius in March 2026. Both stations were active in the RSGB Commonwealth Contest (BERU). 3B8XF was also active in the Russian R-DX-C. This was G3TXF's seventeenth overseas trip for the Commonweath Contest.

The QTH by the Indian Ocean was just perfect for vertical antennas.		Magnificent sunsets and sunrises are a regular feature of this QTH.
