6W/G3TXF - Senegal - February 2014
Nigel G3TXF operated as 6W/G3TXF in the 2014 ARRL-CW Contest Single Band 10m from the Le Calao rent-a-shack run by Jan-François 6W7RV.

Col MM0NDX operated as 6W/MM0NDX from the same rent-a-shack location on the Atlantic coast of Senegal during the week immediately following G3TXF's ARRL-CW operation.

In four days 6W/G3TXF made 4,088 CW QSOs, 2,094 of which were in the ARRL-CW Contest. 6W/G3TXF's claimed score of 370k points was somewhat short of the long-held African 10m record
[ZD8LII in 1993].

6W/G3TXF used a much travelled Elecraft K3 and an Acom 1011 to make 2,094 QSOs in 59 States/Provinces during ARRL-CW.
