13th GM-DX Convention - Saturday 24 April 2010
"We try harder..." Chris G3SVL and Don G3XTT at Edinburgh Airport on their way to the GMDX Convention near Stirling.				The 2010 GM-DX Convention held on 24 April 2010 was the 13th in the series. This year's event was attended by 90 DXers.
The GM-DX venue is next to the Bannockburn Heritage Centre.
				The bar area is busy during the pre GM-DX Convention lunchtime.
Rob GM3YTS opens the GM-DX Convention and introduces an interesting presentation by Lars Bohme MM0DWF/VP8DIF.				Tom GM4FDM, who was recently in Senegal as 6W/GM4FDM, introduces presentations at the GM-DX Convention.
Ronald PA3EWP talks about the 2009 3D20CR Conway Reef operation, which involved three days sailing each way to/from FK.				A record 90 people were present at the GM-DX Convention during the afternoon sessions, with about 70 staying for the Dinner.
The 2010 GM-DX Convention DX-pedition presentations were held in the same upstairs area as used for the Dinner.				Tom GM4FDM, John G3LZQ and Ronald PA3EWP getting the computer sorted out prior to G3LZQ's 3B9WR presentation.
